Billie Eilish on SNL wears Jake Peavy White Sox Jersey and catches everyone’s attention, raises many questions and evokes much curiosity among fans. SNL’s host Kate McKinnon and Billie Eilish had a lot of fun as Billie starred in a comedy skit and performed two hit songs. But what really caught everyone’s attention was the No. 44 Jake Peavy White Sox jersey that she wore during the closing segment of the show. Some fans even questioned her choice of wearing a jersey from a city which is 2,000 miles away from Los Angles, where she lives. Fans also questioned why she wore Peavy’s jersey when he is known for playing elsewhere. Some even considered Billie’s choice strange.
Peavy on the other hand was star struck. Being a fan of music himself, he considered it a moment of honor. He was more excited for his 15 years old son Judd to find out about the news.
“My phone started going crazy when it aired on the East Coast and that went on into the night,” “I don’t know the last time something got that much traction in my phone with text messages.”

The delight that Peavy experienced can be measured by his statement when he was willing to reach out and sign a jersey for Billie
“I’m gonna reach out, I come in peace, I wanna sign a jersey for her. She gave me huge street cred in my household and throughout the next generation. Us in the MLB world are appreciative of what she does.”
